Meet Jenn

Jenn Spurlin has spent 15 years building deep expertise in operations, event logistics, and strategic executive support.

A University of Tennessee at Chattanooga graduate, she began her career organizing large-scale events at college campuses across the nation—an adventure that ignited a passion for the meticulous art of logistics.

After moving to Jacksonville, Florida, Jenn joined Teach For America as an Executive Assistant and Operations Coordinator. There, she revitalized systems, managed major events, and collaborated closely with the Executive Director. The impact of her seven-year tenure proved how vital an executive partner who anticipates needs and thinks strategically can be in achieving key goals.

At OneGoal, Jenn advanced to Director of Operations in the Office of the President and later Chief of Staff to the COO. She led communications, project management, and legal functions. She also created an innovative model for shared executive support that boosted efficiency and leadership outcomes across the organization.

Jenn founded Redbird Solutions LLC to empower others to thrive by developing systems and structures that help them focus on what they do best.

Outside of work, Jenn enjoys a busy life with her husband and their three boys that includes running, a lot of Disney, relaxing at the beach, and drinking coffee to keep up with it all.
